• Gathering: we create special tools to collect/track and consolidate your data coming from disparate sources within your business. Examples include, for Marketing, the integration of data coming from the kiosk application with data retrieved from mobile and/or Internet services and for IT, tracking the performance of your hardware, software and network.
• Analysing: using tools like statistical analysis software, MS Excel and MySQL database, we perform key analyses that help your business to identify the characteristics, behaviour and preferences of your customers.
• Reporting: the results of our analyses are summarised in easy to read and use reports. Our clients have a choice of manual and/or automated reports in various formats and with custom depths of information. Example formats include PDF, HTML, MS Word, MS Excel, OpenOffice and XML.
